  • Darius's Story (1 of 3)

Meet Darius. We had the chance to give him a care package and tell him that he is alive because God has a purpose and plan for his life. Darius is a war veteran who has watched men die right before his eyes. He was emotional as he talked about how some of the friends he made while he was homeless saved his life when he thought his life was not worth living. He reminded us that when you have no home, the people around you become like family. We believe that we are all part of a family and its our job to help lift each other up.

  • John & Gregg's Story (2 of 3)

Meet John and Greg. As they were about to share a meal they had found on the street, our volunteers approached them. Providing them with a care package that included a fresh meal as well as many other necessities they were in need of. As tears filled their eyes with gratitude, they thanked our team and God for this timely encounter.

  • Jeremy's Story (3 of 3)

Meet Jeremy. He had just made a decision to turn his life around and forgive the many people who have wronged him. He was so touched by our actions that he was overwhelmed to the point of tears. Every time we would offer him something else in our care package, he would begin to cry again out of happiness. The joy that he expressed in receiving our care package was an experience we will not forget and reminds us why we continue to do the work that we do.
